Realtime360 Label™ is a reliable and efficient solution for your automatic labeling needs. This solution includes the flexibility to simultaneously control multiple printer applicators that can be used in tandem for high throughput applications. System interlocks automatically sense printer/applicator status, ensuring that if a machine is taken off-line for service, the label data is sent to machines that are still online. Induction rates can be automatically adjusted to compensate for the removal of a machine in multiple machine applications. This easy-to-expand platform integrates seamlessly with the entire Realtime360 WCS suite, including automatic sortation, host communications, production counting, and our Realtime360 View HMI and diagnostics warehouse software.
